Was God lacking imagination when he made squirrel, chipmunk, groundhog, prairie dog, mouse, rat,or are they of

the same family and basically similar because they all evolved from the same ancestor, which makes a lot more sense than saying God has no imagination. Was God lacking imagination when he made squirrel, chipmunk, groundhog, prairie dog, mouse, rat,or are they of
Another important point is that Noah was to take one of each kind on the boat. That would mean that Christians actually believe in much more evolution than biologist do. Imagine how many types of birds have branched off in the few thousands of years since the alleged flood. Was God lacking imagination when he made squirrel, chipmunk, groundhog, prairie dog, mouse, rat,or are they of
A mustang is a FORD, your evolution may have skipped a bit...lol

I like bad squirrels the best.
They are all tasty.

(well, from the kitty's point of view)
How do you know he made all of those, they could be a creation of breeding with oppossite animals and overtime became a race.
if u were creating a series of somthing u would build on previous ideas and envision a change to a previous design ... or am i wrong ... i think its evidence of a creative God .. and taking evolution at face value is basically looking at creatures that have some similarity and coming to the sweeping conclusion that they MUST be related ... its ludicrous ... its like saying a corvette evolved from a ferrari ...
Well, how about eagles, whales, octopi, centipedes, giraffes, bears, bacteria, frogs, sharks, earthworms, etc.? I'd say that's pretty imaginative... The world is very diverse, and what we have on Earth is far from unimaginative.

But I agree, the reason why animals of certain groups are so similar is because they share a common ancestor. And even animals who are very different, are also very much alike. All mammals have hair, and even the same bone structure (pretty much), I mean even in a whale's fin, you'll find a bone structure similar to that of hands, which suggest that if you go further back we share a common ancestor with whales. If you look at DNA, you'll find that we are all made up of pretty much the same stuff to a degree, which leads even further to the idea that we all (different species) came from the same stuff on Earth. And if you look even further, you'll notice that all elements on Earth, including the elements necessary for life were created in the stars, meaning we ALL (including this planet!) came from the same place!

dze... Just like Humans and Rodents are BOTH mammals and related to that degree, Corvettes and Ferraris are BOTH cars, and ARE related to a degree. In that sense, they do share a common ancestor, the original car. But no, they did not evolve from each other.

You see, that's where a lot of Creationists get confused. They assume that because we share a common ancestor, it means we evolved from the Monkey. No, we BOTH evolved from a common ancestor, but not from each other.. just like the Ferrari and Corvette both evovled from a common ancestor, but not from each other.

Just so we're clear, in relation to a Human and Monkey, we are related the way a Corvette and Mustang are related (both are Chevys); Humans and Monkeys are both Primates. Corvette and Ferrari are related in that they are both Cars. Humans and Rodents are related in that we are both mammals.
Well, he was creating the whole universe in six days, so maybe he was in a hurry.

But it makes more sense to believe in common ancestry.
Entertainment value. Ever see a grown person run from a mouse or rat. God knew what he was doing!
